Introduction	I am a grad student who loves to talk about food. And I like to eat. And cook. I have a lucky husband. But I also like to feel (and look) good and be healthy. As a grad student I research. Lots. I used to be a vegan. Big mistake. Now I try to have (organic, pastured, local) animal products at every meal. This blog is where I plan to disseminate my research and take over the world. Or at least join a worldwide conversation about food. I'm passionate about food justice. I might rant about that a bit. I believe that when it comes to food personal responsibility only goes so far. People should be told the truth about what they are eating. You've been warned.
