Introduction	A student of food for the last year and a half, I have spent the last ten years in a struggle with the carpentry and labor industry and the food service industry. I finally decided to go to culinary school back in November of 2009 and I will finish school and graduate in December of 2010. After that I plan to work professionally for a cruise line for a year or so and after that come back to fine-dining.
