| Introduction | My name is Jen and I am from a small town area in East Texas. I am a 33 year old, married, mother of two. I first began my journey in January of 2011. During that year I lost over 100 lbs. I became pregnant with my 2nd child directly afterwards and my weight has gone up, down, and back up over the last few years.
