Introduction | Lisa is a writer and a high school teacher. Previously, she was an animal control officer. Her stories have appeared in Chicken Soup for the Cat & Dog Lover's Soul, Cat Lover's Soul, Dog Lover's Soul, New Mom's Soul, Mother's Soul 2 and several other Chicken Soup books including several books in the recently released "Best of Chicken Soup" series. She lives with her husband Jason and her rescue cat "T-Kitty" who has his own facebook page, in Orange County, New York. Her two grown children and grand daughter live nearby. Her first book, Tales from a Dog Catcher, published by Lyons Press was released on April 1st 2009. Tales from a Dog Catcher went into a third printing in July 2009. The sequel is currently in progress and will be available soon. |
