| Introduction | An avid foodie with an Italian connection, I'm one of those people who spends all her time thinking about food. To put this into perspective, I think about what I'm going to have for dinner tomorrow whilst I'm still enjoying tonight’s meal. With all my time, money and effort going into food, I thought it would be a great idea to take the plunge and write about it.
