| Introduction | I am an attorney in Buffalo, Minnesota, practicing throughout the Twin Cities area as well as out-state Minnesota. Guardianship and Conservatorship law is my passion. I love helping families navigate the guardianship process, which is often scary and confusing. I help families with guardianship and conservatorship issues all over the state of Minnesota. I help families establish a guardianship when their special needs child turns 18. I help families obtain a guardianship or conservatorship for their aging, vulnerable spouse or parent. I represent guardians after their appointment and assist them with annual accounts, sale of real estate and other issues that arise after appointment. I am also frequently court appointed to represent indigent wards for whom a guardianship has been initiated.
