Introduction	I never like running and I used to hate distance running, I just hate the idea of doing something that makes me feel never ending. The only running I did was when I was playing soccer, which I can see what I was running for, even though most of the time I was running after the ball. I only started to run after I felt that I was over-weight, and also I needed the fitness to enjoy my game of soccer. In mid 2007 I started some short distance running before I eventually participated in my first running event (6km non-competitive run) in Aug 2007. Within the same year on 27 Oct 2007 I took part in my first competitive 10km event and since then I have never look back.
