| Introduction | I started brewing in September of 2008. The event that got me started was when I was given a 23 liter glass carboy for helping a non-drinking church member move. They didn't really know what it was ("a glass water bottle, I think"), and they said that if I wanted it, I could have it! Since then I have expanded my home brewery. Mead is my primary interest, and I also enjoy having a beer (or 2, or 3!). I have also made some wine so that I can have some more variety, and maybe even be able to serve it with a nice meal. |
