| Introduction | Vidyabharati Foundation's Institute of Mass Communication and Research, is one of the prestigious journalism Institutes of North Karnataka. Established in 2004 under the able leadership of Dr. Jaya Patil and Dr. Nayana Gangadhar, with an ambition to `empower truth'. Their ambition was supported by Vinaychandra Mahindrakar and Shantilalji Jain, Trustees of the Foundation.Always this Institute has chosen the roads which are less travelled by others. To justify this, IMCR institute has been awarded 'Best Communication School Of the Year- 2008' by The Public Relations Council Of India, Bangalore chapter.Thus, this institute is helping the rural talents realise and prosper in their dreams of flying in high colour.
