| Introduction | Welcome to The Style Weaver! My name is Lisa Peterson and I am a fashion enthusiast and avid researcher of all things fashion related. My day job is working as a fashion retail buyer, which is the perfect profession for someone like me who loves business, shopping, and style. I started my career in NYC, and currently I am a Fashion Watches Buyer in Miami, FL. I love researching and writing about the origins of the people, places, and ideas that shape what the fashion industry is today. Editorials and advertisements are my favorite types of art, coffee table books fascinate me, and retail stores are the greatest tangible expression of nostalgia that still exists today.
