| Introduction | My baby is now 16, and I cannot use the excuse that it's baby fat anymore. Ok, kidding aside, my reason for wanting to begin this endeavor is that my BMI score tells me that I am obese, I have high LDL Cholesterol levels, and low HDL levels. I want to make a healthy change and avoid some of the health complications I have seen my family members struggle with, and while doing so I hope to impart some of what I learn to my family. |
