Introduction	Hi I'm Helen a city dwelling, yoga loving mummy on an amazing new journey since the arrival of my beautiful baby boy. I enjoy cups of tea (from a china cup of course), anything to do with the wholefoods revolution, a contradiction I know but a glass of wine or wines (shared with girlfriends and the deepest of soul searching), my baby's feet ( I cannot get enough of those little piggies), spending time in nature (whether bush camping or a rainforest hike) and most recently lazy Sunday mornings spent in bed with my new little family !
