Introduction	I'm a graphic designer by profession but am more recognized for my culinary skills. I've been addicted to baking for years. This year I decided to seek professional help ;-)...at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. I enrolled in their Patisserie program on September 1st and am loving it!!! So far it is providing me with inspiration by the plateful, not just for baking but all aspects of my life! I hope you enjoy sharing my experience.
