The author attended Central Texas College, City Colleges of Chicago and the University of Maryland. He has achieved a certification in Human Resources Management. The author is a champion of diversity/outreach, employment and labor, sourcing techniques and strategy, facilitation, networking, resume writing, recruiting operations, recruiting/staffing management and social media. The author is also a military veteran.
