Introduction	With the exception of not being a big sports fan, I'm just a regular dude, a daddy to two amazing boys and a hubby to a wonderful, patient, strong lady. Although I grew up in Houston, I now live in a small Texas town where there isn't a J. Crew or a Banana Republic or even a movie theater. Ouch, huh? But there are several restaurants in town that offer chicken fried steak on their menus. That works.
