| Introduction | I am the owner of MillerLine Design a modest studio which provides calligraphy services, calligraphic art, and archival printing. All of creation is art. We are created in God’s image and He has instilled in us the desire to view and create beauty ourselves. Combine the desire to create with the power of the written word and you have calligraphic art. The written word is so powerful, not only revealing knowledge and invoking the imagination but, also, as a visual stimulus generating texture, color, and shape. I am a self-taught calligrapher and a member of the New Orleans Lettering Arts Association. |
