| Introduction | I love stories, and all the research and revising that goes into them. Scholastic Canada published my children’s book, Dragonflies are Amazing. My short stories and narrative poetry can be found in literary magazines and anthologies, and my professional writing includes about 50 published magazine articles a year (www.mepowell.com/). I’ve just graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing -- and a completed historical fantasy novel for young adults. Also, I give programs at the Regina Public Library, and I have two teen-agers and two cats. |
