| Introduction | From the land of Dravidians, I arise as another normal homosapien. Ooops.... Now being a homemaker in the Land of Arabs, I would like to be of some use to the World I am living in :) Learnt my first cooking skills in the Labs of "Sri Avinashilingam University" --Obviously I hold a degree in Food Science & Nutrition. The fun we had in the labs will be in our memories "Ever Green" ...I am remembering my gang - valli, pri, gayo, vanaram, ramya, & I.. Mrs. Prabha Shanmugam --yeah my mom -- from whom I learnt the real "SouthIndian Cusine" -- from dosas to biriyanis.. This blog site is intended to be a "Ready Reckoner" for all Neophytes in cooking.
