| Introduction | Kolhapur is a city that lies in the western state of Maharashtra and is famous for its use of coconut and Indian spices in the cooking. The mixture of these gives a nice fragrance and flavor to the preparations, and it very delicious. I made my kolhapuri chicken recipe with this mixture today, and it was delectable with both rice and roti. |
