Introduction	We live in a quiet woodsy rural area out from a little town in Mississippi. Our love for the outdoors, nature, and the old ways of country living, led to the desire to start making soap. This desire soon turned into an obsession. Once we saw how the moisturizing properties of natural handmade soap reduced the need for lotions and other products, we were convinced we would never use anything else and wanted to share our discoveries with family and friends. Unfortunately we couldn't continue to give our little treasures away if we wanted to keep making more soap. Hence, The Washtub was born!
