| Introduction | I'm Jennifer . I'm *ahem* 36 years old. Wife of 10 years to Andy; working gal; devoted mother of two; Maritimer now living in Ontario; gym rat; lover of good design and fashion and part-time domestic goddess. About 4 months ago I read Tosca Reno's book,Clean Eating. I’m no model student but I now definitely try to structure my daily diet around the principles of using unprocessed, whole, healthful ingredients. In doing so, I've developed a new love of whole, natural and organic foods. In my 37th year on this earth, I've made a promise to myself to focus more on being a happy individual and devote more positive energy towards my family and friends and worry less about things that are irrelevant and out of my control. This blog is my way to reach others who are likeminded in their life choices and also to inpsire others to join me on the journey.
