| Introduction | I've been a professional baker for the past 10 years. I went from banking to baking! I headed back to school, culinary this time which lead me to a neighbourhood bakery. From there I've sold my own products at the farmer's market to being the sole pastry chef at a catering company. My mom use to rush in the kitchen, trying to bake before I'd notice; but the 3 year old I was I had my apron on and the chair out. I guess it's been a lifelong love! I use to be called Martha Stewart in high school. |
