| Introduction | We, Lois and Geary, found Raven, a Selene 59, in Florida just before the pandemic in February of 2020. She is a great boat that will extend our cruising range with increased comfort for the months that we live on-board. We first began boating, as sailors, starting with a US 25 sailboat. From there we moved up to a Catalina 34 for 10 years, then to a Catalina 40 for 10 years. As we cruised further north into Canada, we found that we were motoring more than sailing and crossed over to the dark side to a Selene 47, Moonstruck, for three years. While we enjoyed Moonstruck tremendously, we decided we wanted a boat with just a bit more room and comfort. While our sights were in the 53' to 55' range, we found Raven provided an ideal arrangement for us as well as our guests making her the perfect boat for our next adventures. |
| Interests | Besides boating, flying, skiing, bicycling. Lois is a figure skater and ISU judge. |
