Introduction	Hi, I'm Sarah. I've always found Arts and crafts are a great way to relax and empty the mind of the world....and mindful absorption in your art is a form of Meditation - hence the birth of MedARTation! I am no expert, but I do like having a go so hopefully you can join me on my MedARTation journey and feel inspired to have a go too. In the past I have tried Jewellery making, glass painting, salt dough crafts, pottery, felt crafts and would like to have a go at Willow crafts when we get a Willow tree in the Garden! I've made some fun things & it's nice to say "I made that!" and I am keen to revive my passion for MedARTation and have another go. These days it's easy to feel like I don't have the time, but with a bit of focus (and switching off the TV) its no suprise to find that I do! I've never done a Blog before so please bear with me as I learn the ropes x
