| Introduction | I’m a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of two teens. I was married to my high school sweetheart for 18 years when he lost his battle with leukemia in 2010. Since then, my focus has been keeping life as normal and happy as possible for my children. To keep myself going, I immersed myself in the kitchen... cooking, baking, trying new recipes, creating my own, and feeding people. It's become a great form of therapy for me, and so I decided to start a cooking blog to keep track of all my creations and share them with others.
