| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the end of 2010. Not a long time for some of the people who might read this blog, but I have found that many people really haven't done any research into how they can live a full life when it comes to food. I really want the world to know that there are options out there. I am a married college graduate who adores history and anything old. I am currently a Museum Assistant in the field of Anthropology.
