| Introduction | I am apparently funny, especially when I am not trying to be funny - I'll be completely serious and everyone starts to laugh. This has happened my whole life. When I was younger I took a sense of humor test and flunked it miserably. So the truth is, I don't have a sense of humor; I'm just funny. I am about as liberal as they come - and proud of it. I grew up in a Socialist country (Canada) and live in perhaps the most liberal state in the US. I am STILL waiting to go to a gay marriage - so please consider inviting me. Coffee is my biggest addiction! I am proud of my kids' accomplishments and hope they are too. And yes, I really do like cows - hence the mooomie thing. I felt like a cow for years because I nursed my kids forever. Then, when I worked at an organic farm, I developed a deep emotional attachment to those poor dairy cows and what they had to put up with every day. I think we worry as a nation about all the wrong things. The world needs a little more happiness and a lot more love, so I'm working at making that happen. |
