| Introduction | Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean are simple in the way that Chess is simple. Studies show it takes about 10,000 hours of dedicated learning to achieve mastery at Chess. After 10 years of practicing, mentoring, and coaching Agile development, I've gotten pretty good at it. I enjoy sharing what I've learned and have a passion for creating the conditions for individuals, teams, and organizations to make effective use of these tools (and others) to 'decide well'. Ultimately, it's the quality of our decisions that matter - not the tools. |
