| Introduction | The Lamoureux Family lives in a small farm house in the middle of blueberry land in eastern Maine. We are slowly making our way to re-doing all of the rooms, and someday, make it off of the grid. We have a home garden, 3 more baby chicks that just arrived In July! New to us this year are three angora bunnies added to the mix for my knitting/spinning fixation. We also have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 15 chickens, and 1 fish. We would like to clear some of our land for apple trees, blueberries, and the like. We are in the process of simplifying our lives, growing what we can, and buying local.
