Father (whom he never met) won Gothenburg chess championship many times over four decades, and sister won IBM's talent test with IQ 167. ** Only his 1981 article Resursbegär (Demand for Resources) was paid for (Fmk 500) mainly because Georg Henrik von Wright (Wittgenstein's successor at Cambridge) liked it.
