Introduction I reside and work in Southern Illinois within about 20 minutes of St. Louis, Missouri. I currently split a 3 bedroom house with a friend. I own a gray and sable cat, Lewis, who keeps me entertained with his antics around the house(most often sleeping on my desk). I also have a black and tan dog, Jacksie, who keeps me entertained with walks twice a day, her desire to play with Lewis, playtime, and the moves/sounds she makes in her sleep. I am single, never having been married, and do not have children.
Interests Christianity, Paintball, Digital Photography, Digital Video Production, Local Politics, Cooking, Bicycling, Volunteering, my Church.
Favorite Movies This list is far too long to start and more get added to it far too often. I don't watch sitcoms. Pretty much anything with a laugh track added gets turned off of my TV. I'd rather watch the Green Network, History Channel, the Military Channel, DIY anything, Discovery Channel, Sci-Fi Channel, etc... you get the picture. I also enjoy Heroes, Life, and House.
Favorite Music Mostly Contemporary Christian music, praise and worship, and movie sound tracks. Any tune that reminds of me times gone by or of my friends will usually have me singing along.
Favorite Books The Bible. Anything by C.S. Lewis or Tolkien. I do like sci-fi and fantasy. I also tend to read how to books and books that teach more about computers and software. I have a quirky hang up for buying blank journals.

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?

No. There is a lot going on in my brain when the alarm goes off. I am trying to figure out what is reality - what I was dreaming about or the world around me, what day it is, contemplating if I need to make a trip to the bathroom, and if I really need to get up at that time of day. Nothing about figuring those things out is lazy. On some days, it could be the most productive part of my day.
