| Introduction | I have always loved baking, but then I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2005. I went from being able to make anything I baked taste like heaven, to making anything I baked taste like cardboard! I decided that there had to be some way to make the things I loved to bake taste as good as they did BC (before Celiac). So after years of reading and experimenting, I have finally figured out how to do it! It's a miracle! That is why I started this blog. Just because you eat gluten-free doesn't mean you are required to eat cardboard. Yes, it takes some work, and yes, it takes some time, but with a good recipe and some pointers from someone who has already made the mistakes for you, it is well worth it. I guess I just want to get all of this deliciousness out to as many people as possible to help make their lives tastier. |
