| Introduction | My name is Sheila, and I am 47 yrs old. Suffering from Diabetes, Severe Heart and Lung Problems, and other health issues. My Diabetes is being controlled by an Insulin Pump. Heart and Lung wise is another story. I have been told that I am not a candidate of a Heart Transplant, so basically at this point there is nothing much that can be done except treat me the best they can. Do not feel sorry for me!! That is not what I want! I would much rather someone be my friend and treat me like they care. With the love from John, Wendy (my precious 9 yr old Black Lab), family, friends, phriends, and my wonderful Physicians, I know I can and will fight until I can fight no longer. I prefer that day not to come anytime soon! I know that some of the people that I leave behind are going to suffer more than others and that is what worries me the most. I believe that God gave us a birth date and a death date when we were put on earth. He is not going to tell us when our time is up, and no matter what we do that time will not change.
