| Introduction | I am a Malaysian who has uprooted herself and moved down under to Australia and living a country lifestyle. Basically where I am there are more space, nature than humans. It was a radical change but I am embracing it as I journey through life here. I started baking and cooking when I was 8 and has never looked back. It's part of me and I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen trying out recipes or creating my own. Living on a farm gives me the opportunity to grow my own stuff and harvesting them fresh is such a joy. The challenge that faces me at times is not being able to get the ingredient needed for a certain recipe but that has only taught me to be flexible and adaptable. I've improvised in numerous occasion and have not been disappointed yet. My hope is to be able to share my food experiences as well as my country living adventures here with others and for them to share theirs with me and to spread good food ideas to the world. |

Learning to plant the organic and biodynamic way. Bird watching, enjoying nature,playing the piano. Caring for my pet alpacas and sheep.
