I am Ikwuoma Winifred also known as Winanda, a petroleum engineer who found passion in the baking field and the founder of "Winanda's world" which has been created to share my baking recipes, healthy meal recipes, cake decorations journey, tips and tricks to producing irresistible baked products and more edibles to you all, stay at home moms, bakers and non bakers for you to have a share and experience as well. This blog was inspired by the idea of beginning an online training in baking and cake decorations. I have acquired a number of certificates in confectionery trainings and love to share with you. When I am not baking and cooking, I am listening to music, watching movies, researching new things to acquire more knowledge, dancing, composing motivational and inspirational quotes, composing songs, carrying out a freelance job and keeping in touch with family and friends. |
