| Introduction | I'm a Peruvian artist residing in Connecticut, who chose to paint and create small objects in order to portray my deepest feellings. I am always fascinated by old simple objects I find in my daily life: an old paper towel roll, a distressed sink, or a clothpin... the way things face time and how light displays their imperfections are some of the characteristics I look to find in them. I let them tell us what they whitnessed time, so I try to let them have a center stage on my canvases and give them an enigmatic deep voice... |
