Introduction	I did my graduation from Panjab university,travelled around,served in a number of jobs before joining as probationary officer with State Bank in 1975.In 1976 I joined the Indian Police Service and was privileged to serve in my home state of U.P.I retired in 2010 and settled at Lucknow.I am presently trying to be useful to society by making my experience and knowledge available.Have been writing poetry,stories and articles and have edited U.P.Police journal for a long period.

Favorite books	meghdoot,mati matal,cancer ward,dr.zivago.farewel to arms,oldman and the sea,etc etc
