Introduction	I was a winemaker, come beer brewer, come cook and foodie, now I'm not too sure. My philosophy in life it doesn't have to be perfect, as long as it tastes good, looks ok or you've had a go at making something. I hope to inspire people to take up cooking, do something creative, or just have a bit of fun. Most of the recipe ideas are not that hard. And I might just throw a couple of observations in as well.
Interests	Food, wine, beer, cultures, people, basically anything creative.
Favorite Movies	Groundhog Day, anything with Robert DeNiro, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull etc
Favorite Music	jazz, some classical
Favorite Books	mostly non fiction

Favourite foods: anything home-made, especially those made with love :)
