Introduction	In the spring of my first year of medical school, I realized that there existed an entire subculture comprised of people who had gone through the medical training process and I decided to start documenting it. A lot of people do not understand where their doctor's mindset comes from and I hope that by keeping a log of my development as a physician, I can shed some light on the matter. I hope you enjoy reading this journal and my only request is that you do not use any of it to sue me at some point (pretty please?).
