| Introduction | The main goal of this blog is to follow the Utah Jazz and their quest to win an NBA championship. Even more so, we follow the Jazz throughout some of the hardest times that they have seen in the past 25 years. It is only the second time in 25 years that the Jazz have missed the playoffs. Now they are lacking an All-Star caliber player that keeps the fans and media coming back for more. The Jazz are sailing through uncharted waters and we are there to follow them along the way. The NBA Draft takes place June 23rd and will have a huge impact on what direction they will go. They have many deficiencies all over the court. They also have a log jam in some positions. This year’s draft will bring two lottery picks to the franchise. We will also follow the NBA Playoffs. This year we saw a lot huge trades take place that have shifted the way players and teams are headed. If the Miami Heat is successful in winning the chip in their first year it could breed disaster for many small market teams, including the Utah Jazz. If the Grizzlies or the Thunder win we feel that the one of the big stars will probably be traded from Miami and that it will deter super stars from creating super teams. |
