Introduction	I’m 30 something(the wrong side of 30) married with 3 kids, with the last one born at the end of Oct 2011. We live in Dublin but I was raised on a farm in the West of Ireland and have spent years eating my mothers home baking which inevitably rubbed off on to me. I work with one of the main banks and have decided to take a full year of maternity leave and I have what is probably an unrealistic plan to spend quite a lot of it testing recipe after recipe and letting you know what I think. With 3 kids under 4 running around my feet, I think I may just be in denial but I’ll give it a go anyway! I love to run. I ran the Dublin City Marathon last October (4 hrs 19mins, if you don’t mind!) but these days finding the time to fit it in is the problem.
