| Introduction | I am on a mission to heal my mind, body, and spirit back to love. I am getting messy on this journey: exploring, experimenting, and learning. Having battled PCOS, the risk of type II diabetes as well as the body image issues that come along with being overweight, I have decided I have had enough. I am in the process of healing myself naturally from all of the above and I am ready to do this my way! I am extremely curious about how the foods I eat affect my energy, mood and physical symptons so I decided to share with you my findings.
