Introduction	About Jan: My current profession is First Grade teacher. I have been teaching cooking classes to all ages of children for 15 years. Before teaching I was a food editor/writer and food stylist for three magazines. I have a published cookbook "My Friends Who Can Cook-Book" and was food and photography stylist for the Fort Myers Junior League cookbook "Tropical Settings". For over 13 years I have taught summer cooking camp for kids ages 7-13. About Brittany: I have worked in the natural food industry for about 15 years in many facets;specializing in medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements. I am currently a stay at home mom, full time student, and natural product demonstrator.
