Introduction	I am required to be gluten free for health reasons. I am not a doctor, everything provided in my blog is my opinion. I have been gluten free for over four years and have found it very difficult to eat out without getting sick from gluten contamination. This site is to help those who suffer with a gluten intolerance issue like me or anyone with Celiac disease.
Interests	Reviews provided on this site are purely my opinion and created with my tastes in mind. Keep in mind I am not a doctor or in the medical profession in any manner. I am just a normal person who wants to eat without pain and misery.
Favorite music	I listen to everything from classical to rap to church music. It just depends on my mood.
Favorite books	Water For Elephants, Pastor's Wife, Redeeming Love, Black Dagger brotherhood series, Hunger Games series, Twilight Saga
