Introduction	Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m Erica and I love to bake. I work as a speech language pathologist for a small school in town and I spend most of my afternoons and evenings looking for recipe and baking up a storm for my family and friends. Don’t get me wrong, I also enjoy reading and working out, among other things, but baking is where it’s at for me. I hope the recipes I share turn out as tasty for you as they have for me.
