| Introduction | I am a baker, about to open up a cookie/cupcake/brownie/whoopie pie store in Snider Plaza. This is a trendy little area right across from Southern Methodist University in the Highland Park area of Dallas, Texas. I won't open until June, and in the meantime, I'm busy planning, purchasing equipment, developing recipes, etc. My life is consumed with sugar! |
