| Introduction | Maria is anim dom. I'm from Galicia but moved to Ireland in 2001. I love food and I am used to the rain. I'm a journalist and I used to work in PR - somewhere as exciting as Shillelagh, in the border of counties Wexford, Wicklow and Carlow.
