Introduction	This is largely a one-place study of a once thriving village. Many of my ancestors came from this area. My grandfather and grandmother met at Streeter, so did my great grandparents. I have fond memories of spending summers swimming in the creek and attending the reunion. Much of my research is original material from people who grew up in the area (early 1900s).
