| Introduction | I love many sports but Softball is my PASSION! I want to provide the opportunity I didn’t have as a young kid: quality pitching instruction from someone who’s been to the upper-levels of the game, experienced what it is like, and found ways to share that with others. I want to help other girls like I was growing up: looking for a way to do what I love, better. |
| Interests | Whether it's talking strategy, training for success, or perfecting a skill, the whole game energizes me! As a high school student-athlete I earned varsity letters in Cross Country, Golf, Softball, Basketball. I was awarded All-Conference Outfielder 3 consecutive years and Athlete of the Year for LHS. I moved on to play college softball at Clarion University where we were ranked 20th in the nation for defense and our record ranked 3rd place PSAC West in 2002, a school record. I was a PSAC scholastic athlete all years at Clarion. I began providing softball lessons after graduating high school to my JO players that did not have pitching coaches. I grew up going to one clinic a year, and just listening to my coaches, yet never had a "real" pitching coach. I changed as a coach through experience, especially at the college level as I learned the various pitches, how to throw them, and how to train for the position. I often think back to growing up when I didn't have anyone but dad to help me pitch. |
| Favorite movies | I aim to own any baseball movie that was ever made - I especially love Field of Dreams, For Love of the Game, and A League of their Own. |
| Favorite music | The sound of a perfect hit. |
