| Introduction | Welcome to Coach Whitenack's, or Coach "Nack's" blog. I recently became the librarian and track coach at Castle View High School in Castle Rock, Colorado. This blog is my attempt at informing track athletes, or others so willing to read, about the fundamentals of track&field in hopes of reaching peak performance. There will also be mild attempts at occasional laughs. My coaching mission: showing that skills gained in T&F can and will transfer to other sports, academics, and in leading a healthy fulfilled life. |
